Cancellation Policy

🎱 Pool Hall Booking Policy We’re delighted to offer table bookings so you can enjoy a great game at your convenience. Please read our booking policy carefully before making a reservation. 💷 Pricing All bookings are charged at £8 per hour, per table. You can choose from our available tables at the time of booking. 💳 Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept payments via [insert payment methods e.g., card, online payment link, in-person]. 🕒 Booking Duration Bookings are made in hourly slots. You may book multiple consecutive slots if available. Please arrive promptly for your booking time — we cannot extend your session for late arrivals. ❌ Cancellations & No-Shows No-shows will not be refunded. If you need to cancel or change your booking, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. Where sufficient notice is given, we will offer to reschedule your booking to another date/time (subject to availability). Refunds are not provided. ⚠️ Other Information The booking entitles you to use your chosen table for the paid period only. We reserve the right to re-allocate tables if necessary but will always aim to honour your preference. Any misuse of equipment or disruptive behaviour may result in your session being ended without refund. Interactive Darts Booking Policy – The Warehouse Price: £6 per person, per hour. Advance Booking: All interactive darts sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via our online system. No-Shows: If you do not attend your booking, you will be charged the full amount. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Amendments: You may amend your booking (date/time or group size) up to 12 hours before the booking starts. Changes requested after this time cannot be accommodated, and no refunds will be given. Late Arrivals: Your booking will begin and end at the times confirmed, regardless of late arrival.
